3. Account Registration

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals are processed through third-party payment providers.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before depositing or withdrawing funds.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.
• We reserve the right to delay or refuse transactions if fraud is suspected.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to provider policies.

7. Platform Fee

Rivals charges a platform fee on real money game prize pools. The fee percentage is set per game and clearly displayed before you join. The fee is deducted from the total prize pool before prizes are distributed to winners.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Create multiple accounts or use another person's account
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Collude with other users to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users via chat or any other means
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Circumvent geographic restrictions or age verification measures

9. Responsible Gaming

Rivals is committed to promoting responsible gaming. If you feel that your trading competition activity is becoming problematic, you can set deposit limits, take a break, or request self-exclusion through your account settings. 10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by Rivals or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining wallet balance may be refunded subject to applicable fees and verification requirements.

12. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rivals operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
